ckr4 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the ckr4 platform. By registering an account, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

Section 1

General Terms

ckr4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online betting and casino service provider operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and ckr4.

By accessing the ckr4 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Important: These Terms are drafted in Bengali. In the event of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

ckr4 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on ckr4, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be a resident of a region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
  • Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Identity Verification

ckr4 may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be required for verification. If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and any available balance may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your ckr4 account. Please follow these security guidelines:

  • Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
  • Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

ckr4 shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from another person gaining access to your account, unless it can be proven that this occurred due to a security flaw on ckr4's own systems. ckr4 makes every effort to protect your information through SSL encryption and modern security technology.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ckr4 platform:

  • bKash — one of Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services.
  • Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
  • Rocket — the mobile banking wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
  • Upay — the digital payment service of United Commercial Bank.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and the account tier.

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Under special circumstances, such as incomplete identity verification, this timeframe may be extended.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account. For security reasons, withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.

Source of Funds

All funds deposited into ckr4 must come from legitimate sources. Any activity related to money laundering or illegal transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately and the account will be permanently closed.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members on ckr4 may receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • If you deposit ৳1,000 → you receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • If you deposit ৳12,000 → you receive a maximum of ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included in this calculation.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total wagering required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers apply only to eligible accounts.
  • Using bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • ckr4 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any special promotion, offer, or bonus.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be subject to review.
  • Each promotion may have a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on ckr4 is conducted on the basis of fair play principles. The general rules applicable are outlined below:

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. ckr4 offers betting across a range of markets. All bets are considered final; once a bet is placed, the user cannot cancel it on their own, unless the bet was not properly registered due to a technical fault.

Casino & Slot Games

ckr4's casino section features games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, and PG Soft. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

Technical Issues

If any bet remains incomplete due to a server outage or other technical issues during a game, ckr4 will review the logs afterwards and make the appropriate decision. In such situations, ckr4's decision shall be considered final.

Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckr4 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Following calculated betting strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes.
  • Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users or staff.
  • Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Operating or facilitating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, ckr4 reserves the right to immediately close the account along with any balance, and to take legal action if necessary.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

ckr4 places great importance on a responsible gaming culture. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
  • Avoid repeatedly placing bets to recover losses.
  • Avoid gaming when you are under stress or feeling depressed.
  • Make use of the option to set gaming limits.

Section 10

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension or Closure by ckr4

ckr4 may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
  • If evidence is found that an account is being operated by a minor.
  • Under a legal directive or order from a regulatory authority.

Closed by user

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the ckr4 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been completed will be cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

ckr4 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ckr4 is not liable for the following:

  • If a game or bet is affected due to internet disconnection or an issue with the user's own device.
  • If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
  • In the event of a delay or failure by a third-party payment provider.
  • If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Financial loss incurred by the user as a result of gaming decisions.

ckr4 never guarantees a specific income from gaming. All betting and gaming activities carry a risk of financial loss, and the user voluntarily accepts this risk.
